The room was surprisingly comfy for a transit stay. Being located right inside the airport made it super convenient. I was really impressed with the reception staff. they were professional and helpful. It was perfect for our 18-hour layover. Just what we needed to recharge before heading to Paris!

I had two bottles of Jeju water waiting for me. However, it was a bit noisy. I could hear the neighbors switching off lights, which disturbed my sleep a little. I also noticed someone else's hair in the shower, which wasn’t great. I felt like I paid too much compared to others who checked in at the same time. "No hot water" for a shower both times I tried was pretty disappointing. Overall, it's a decent place to rest during a layover, but it does come with a few cleanliness and maintenance concerns.
